The administration and bandwidth issues were starting to reach the nightmare stage as their membership kept growing, and folks kept uploading. I suddenly thought, why is my client trying to be in the hosted photo-sharing business, when Flickr is the best thing out there? How can we have a member-based gallery and make Flickr do all the work? And make it really, really easy? And fun?
